Energize Group is strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of Ryan O’Shaughnessy to lead its Energize Cloud permanent recruitment offering in Germany.
Ryan joins from Frank Recruitment Group with an impressive track record over more than a decade in the recruitment industry, heading up the Microsoft Cloud division and more recently responsible for permanent recruitment across Germany.
Ryan will be responsible for scaling Energize Group’s established cloud technology recruitment offering in Germany, focused on the cloud technology vendors Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). His staffing expertise and industry knowledge will further enhance Energize Group and its ability to connect exceptional technology talent with leading organizations.

This strategic hire marks a significant step in Energize Group’s continued investment in the cloud technology sector and is the second high-profile appointment of 2025, following the announcement of Dave Rees as Non-Executive Director and board member in February.
