There are many reasons to get a new website, refresh your branding and reconsider your service and brand offering. But first and foremost for us was to better reflect ourselves, our level of service for our clients, our commitment to our candidates and our company culture for our own team!
Why it was time to update our site
We’re proud to be one of the fastest-growing recruitment companies in the UK, Europe, and North America and one of the UK's 'Best Companies to Work For'. However, by being a part of the Digital and Technology staffing sector, we need to demonstrate the level of our knowledge within user experience and web design. As our website is usually the first port of call for our candidates and clients, where better to start than with a new look? Our Purpose is to 'deliver exceptional customer experiences' and this served as our guiding principle throughout.
It all comes down to the way our website works and communicates with our audiences. We found that our website didn’t reflect the expansion our service offering has become over the years. Rather than work twice as hard to push our customers to use a platform that wasn’t serving them as well as it could, we decided to design a completely new one!
The process:
We underwent a full audit of our site to work out where we could better improve the user journey for both our clients and our candidates. With so many available options for creating and designing a new site, from set templates, dynamic plugins, or even developing bespoke designs, the process of improving our website became a process of improving our overall brand and services even further!
