Feefo is a leading customer reviews platform that empowers its clients to fully understand how their customers experience their products and services. The annual Trusted Service Award represents an independent seal of excellence to recognise and celebrate businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience. Feefo presents a ‘Platinum’ Trusted Service Award to businesses that have achieved ‘Gold’ standard for three consecutive years. To receive a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must have collected a minimum of 50 customer reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 throughout 2022.
