Energize Ranked Among UK's Best Companies to Work For 2021

Energize Group, a leading global provider of Digital and Technology talent and staffing solutions, has been recognised among the 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2021, an annual ranking of companies with outstanding workplace cultures
 

Energize has been listed in the top league-table rankings amongst ‘Recruitment’s 40 Best Companies to Work For’, as well as The UK’s 100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ and ‘The North-West’s 100 Best Companies to Work For’.

To be considered for these accolades, an organisation must employ a minimum of 50 full-time employees and achieve one of the highest scores in their category. Thanks to the feedback of our employees Energize Group has been included in this prestigious listing for the first time, attaining ‘world class’ levels of employee engagement by earning a Three-Star accreditation.

Energize has introduced a raft of initiatives over the 18 months to support employee happiness and well-being, aligned wholly with our business Purpose:

‘For our global brands to offer world-class customer service, with employee development at the heart of everything we do.’

 

A new benefits offering to better support employees includes the provision of a qualified in-house mental health first-aider, virtual yoga, HIIT workout classes and fitness events, country hikes, a self-development book club, and mental positivity training. Energize also offers ‘Well-Being Wednesdays’ with virtual coffee with colleagues, and weekly e-newsletter with guidance on sleep, nutrition, mind-set and fitness. A robust private health insurance plan also provides staff with 24/7 access to a GP, dental cover, optical testing, and chiropody and physiotherapy services.

This, in tandem with a friendly, meritocratic and transparent working culture, was vital in reaching new heights of performance resulting in a record number of promotions, as well as a record year for Group revenue and gross profit.

Best Companies is a research agency that supplies data to The Sunday Times newspaper for its annual ‘Best Companies to Work For’ survey. Organisations are selected based on extensive investigation into employee perceptions of their employer and workplace. The extensive survey allows employers to find new opportunities for business improvement, to better support their people’s happiness and productivity and improve employee retention, and foster an environment that attracts top talent.
