Energize Group is delighted to announce that we have been recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2023.
This prestigious accolade sees Energize Group’s award-winning working culture achieve a place among the most outstanding private sector organisations in the UK, alongside prominent brands such as Octopus Energy, David Lloyd Leisure, and EasyJet Holidays.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list recognises the UK’s leading employers with outstanding workplaces for employees. The Sunday Times, in partnership with employee-experience platform WorkL, surveys employees with 35 questions covering a range of subjects including wellbeing, gender, age and ethnic diversity, the LGBTQIA+ community and disabled employees in the workplace which contributed to the final list of organisations that were recognised as exceptional places to work.
The anonymous responses of employees across Energize Group, analysed independently by WorkL, were the definitive factors in this success. This comprised of a 91% average engagement score at Energize which was 20% above the average engagement rating for the staffing and recruitment industry - and scores of ‘excellent’ across all seven categories in the survey, including ‘rewards and recognition’ and ‘wellbeing’ reaching a 88%, ‘instilling pride’ at 91%, ‘confidence in management’ at 92%, and ‘information sharing’, ‘empowerment’, and ‘job satisfaction’ peaking at 93%.
This achievement follows other recent recognition for Energize Group, with the business picking up awards in 2021 and 2022 as a ‘Best Place to Work’ by Best Companies and winning the national award for Learning & Development. Other exciting developments include a multi-million-pound head office refurbishment; the opening of two new offices in Dallas and Madrid; and £12,000 raised for MIND Manchester charity. The continued growth and accomplishment is testament to all our people who strive to create a truly award-winning environment of high performance.
