Energize Group has strengthened its executive leadership team with the appointment of Josué Molina as Managing Director of Group Contracts, reinforcing the company's ambition to accelerate growth across its international contract business.
Molina joins Energize with an exceptional track record in technology talent solutions, bringing extensive experience across SAP, Data, and senior IT contract staffing. Recognised as ‘Director of the Year’ in 2024 at a leading publicly listed talent solutions business, he has built and led high-performing teams, developed enterprise customer relationships, and delivered significant commercial growth throughout his career.
Working closely with Energize Group teams across Madrid, Manchester, Boston, and Dallas, Molina will lead the next phase of the Group's contract expansion. His appointment reflects ongoing investment in specialist talent solutions and its commitment to supporting customers across SAP, Cloud, Data, AI, and emerging technology markets.
Among his career achievements, Molina successfully launched and scaled a contract business in Spain with 40 sales professionals across two offices in Madrid and Barcelona. Josué also helped develop large-scale contractor programmes supporting enterprise technology customers. He brings deep expertise in contract recruitment, business leadership, customer development, and international growth.
