Energize wins national recognition at 2022 Best Companies Awards!

Energize Group has won the prestigious national award for outstanding Learning and Development of our employees at the 2022 Best Companies Awards, recently held at the iconic Battersea Power Station conference centre in London.

The competition for the acclaimed award was extremely strong, with a shortlist of companies from across the UK presenting exceptional learning and development programmes and initiatives for their employees. We were therefore delighted at being recognised as the winning company for this accolade for our innovative professional learning and development offering. Factors cited in the award included the Group’s approach to internal training programs, performance coaching, support outside the workplace, and diversity, equality and inclusion strategies that positively impact both colleagues and customers alike.

The Best Companies Awards celebrate UK-based businesses with the highest levels of overall employee engagement for the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ list. This is measured by several criteria including employee wellbeing, social responsibility initiatives, rewards and benefits, workplace culture, and inclusion strategies. Importantly, responses of all employees to online surveys carried out independently by Best Companies is also a crucial factor in the judges' considerations.

This is the second consecutive year that Energize has been featured at the Best Companies Awards; in 2021 we were recognised as a Top 5 Recruitment Agency as well as a Top 25 ‘Best Companies to Work For’ in the UK across all sectors, receiving a ‘three-star’ Best Companies accreditation denoting 'world-class’ employee engagement throughout the company.
