We are currently seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant to join our client’s team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to specialize in SAP SuccessFactors and drive HR transformation initiatives within a leading player in the manufacturing industry.
Position Overview:
As a SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring that it meets the HR needs of the organization. You will work closely with HR and IT teams, as well as external partners, to implement, enhance, and support SuccessFactors solutions, driving HR process improvements and supporting the company's strategic objectives.
Tasks:
- Solution Management: Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation modules, tailored to the manufacturing industry’s HR needs.
- Business Collaboration: Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals, aligning SuccessFactors functionalities with HR processes and strategies.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions to improve HR processes, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of SuccessFactors systems.
- Project Management: Lead or support SuccessFactors-related projects, including system upgrades, module implementations, and process enhancements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- User Training: Develop and deliver training programs for HR personnel and end-users to ensure effective utilization of SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP modules and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SuccessFactors configurations, processes, and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SuccessFactors platform and implement solutions to drive HR operational excellence.
Profile:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in various SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes within the manufacturing industry, including talent management, employee lifecycle, and compensation planning.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on designing solutions that address complex HR challenges.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Project Management: Experience in managing SuccessFactors-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum German language skills at level B2 and fluent English.
