About the Role

Join a market-leading SAP Warehousing and Logistics consultancy in Antwerp, renowned for delivering end-to-end digital supply chain solutions and cutting-edge S/4HANA transformation projects. As an Internal SAP TM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising transportation management solutions for top-tier customers across Belgium and Europe.

You will work on exciting SAP TM and S/4HANA programs, collaborate with industry experts, and help clients transform their logistics operations with innovative and future-ready technology.
 

Responsibilities

• Design holistic SAP logistics and transportation solutions aligned with customer business goals.

• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to understand client challenges and requirements.

• Translate customer needs into robust SAP TM solution designs based on best practices.

• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and contribute to pre-sales activities when required.

• Lead blueprinting, configuration, and implementation activities for SAP TM and related SAP logistics modules.

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies for complex SAP logistics opportunities.

• Produce high-quality functional documentation and ensure best-in-class project delivery.

• Manage project tasks including planning, risk management, resource allocation, and reporting.

• Stay up to date with the latest SAP TM, S/4HANA, and logistics innovations.

• Actively share knowledge with the team and mentor junior colleagues.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of SAP Logistics experience with strong, hands-on expertise in SAP TM.

• Good understanding of transportation processes, technologies, and industry standards.

• Experience in client-facing workshops, requirement gathering, and defining project scope.

• Ability to identify opportunities for customer value and support pre-sales when required.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical landscapes into clear business solutions.

• Knowledge of S/4HANA and modern logistics innovations (IoT, Visual Logistics, Autonomous Transport, etc.).

• Customer-focused, flexible, and results-driven mindset.

• Natural knowledge-sharer and mentor with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Fluent in Dutch or French, and English.
