SAP Change Manager

Energize SAP is looking for an experienced SAP Change Manager to support a major transformation programme across multiple US sites. The role requires a highly practical, operationally focused individual who can work closely with shop floor teams and middle management, driving adoption and supporting change activities on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities within an SAP transformation environment
• Deliver effective communication and training across all levels of the organisation
• Support operational teams and middle management through change adoption
• Provide clear summaries of issues, risks, and progress with actionable recommendations
• Work closely with project teams across five manufacturing plants in the US
• Travel regularly to US sites throughout this year and next

• Strong SAP change management experience
• Previous experience within the manufacturing sector
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong operational focus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work autonomously and provide clear, concise guidance
• International company experience is advantageous

• Preferred start date: June
• Initial contract through to end of year, with likely extensions
• Regular US travel required as part of the role (expenses paid)
