Energize is supporting a key customer in Evergem who is looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to strengthen their Finance & Controlling team. The role will support system optimisation, complex issue resolution, and continuous improvements within S/4HANA Finance, with the scope to assist on project work (S/4) across H2 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 3 expert support across Finance & Controlling
• Drive improvements across GL, month-end closing, asset mgmt., cost centers, PA, product costing, budgeting, tax, treasury & consolidation
• Configuration across FI/CO assisting on evolutions within the system and future project work
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Support change management, documentation, and end-user training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years’ SAP FI/CO consulting experience, hands-on configuration experience
• Strong experience in Treasury & Consolidation
• Solid S/4HANA Finance knowledge
• Ability to write functional specs and work with ABAP teams
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-facing communication skills
• Fluent English & Dutch (French is a plus)
