Account Manager – €100K OTE (70/30 split)

Ideal profile:

4–5 years Account Management experience

Background in professional services (ERP, SaaS, SDR etc.)

Microsoft ecosystem exposure (M365, Copilot, SharePoint, Collaboration)

Comfortable with senior stakeholders

Strong relationship builder
-
Long-term mindset (not too senior / not expecting quick team lead)
Success metrics:
First 6 months:

Build relationships with 20 targeted clients

Assess potential & identify key stakeholders

Identify biggest growth opportunities
Months 6–12:

Generate pipeline from those accounts

Drive measurable growth across managed services

Inside Sales Manager – €50–60K
