Energize SAP is searching for a SAP HCM Consultant in Baden-Württemberg.

Your Role

As an SAP HR / HCM Consultant, you will support clients in all aspects of SAP HR, contributing to diverse and challenging projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the design and implementation of SAP HR solutions, including SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Assisting clients with technical questions, troubleshooting, and adapting to evolving business requirements.

• Planning and executing SAP HR projects across the full project lifecycle—from process analysis and optimization to system configuration and user training.

• Collaborating with clients to understand HR process requirements and implementing professional, practical solutions.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Genuine interest in human resources and consulting.

• Practical experience with SAP HR and/or SAP SuccessFactors, either in application or support roles.

• Independent, client-focused, and service-oriented work style, with strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication, innovative thinking, and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in German (very good) and English (good) is required.
