Energize is seeking a highly skilled Dialpad Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of communication solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for deploying and customizing both phone system and contact center solutions to meet organizational needs. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality, supporting enhanced communication workflows across teams.
Required Skills:
- Certified Dialpad professional with hands-on experience implementing Dialpad Phone and Contact Center solutions
- Proven ability to configure and deploy Dialpad’s telephony and contact center platforms
- Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and contact center operations
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal development teams and stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with custom integrations involving Dialpad and third-party systems
- Knowledge of scripting, APIs, or automation related to contact center tools
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role
- Familiarity with telecommunication compliance and security standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant certifications in Dialpad or other UCaaS platforms
- 3+ years of experience in telephony solution implementation, preferably with Dialpad or similar systems
- Past involvement in contact center projects involving large-scale deployments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a project-driven environment
- Willingness to coordinate with internal development teams for custom integration support
- Certifications or credentials relevant to VoIP and contact center solutions are highly desirable
