
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales Cloud / C4C Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing our CRM and sales processes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP Sales Cloud and SAP C4C solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that our CRM infrastructure meets the evolving needs of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Customization: Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP Sales Cloud and C4C systems to align with business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current sales and CRM processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending SAP-based solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and ensure alignment of the C4C platform with sales strategies.
- Training & Support: Develop training materials and deliver workshops for end-users to optimize their use of the SAP Sales Cloud and C4C functionalities.
- System Integration: Coordinate with IT teams to integrate SAP Sales Cloud / C4C with other SAP and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide technical support for SAP Sales Cloud/C4C issues, working with users to troubleshoot and resolve challenges as they arise.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP Sales Cloud configurations, processes, and user guidelines.
Your Profile
- Experience: Proven experience in SAP Sales Cloud and/or SAP C4C implementation, customization, and support.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM processes and SAP C4C capabilities, including data modeling, workflow configuration, and reporting. Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and other integration tools is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Project Management: Experience managing project timelines and deliverables, ideally within an Agile or hybrid project environment.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages may be beneficial depending on region.
- Soft Skills: Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer-centric mindset.
