Position: SAP Consultant (HCM)
Location: Düsseldorf (Hybrid/Flexible Working Options)
Your Role – Focused on Impact and Innovation

Support and continuous enhancement of the SAP HCM module, with emphasis on the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle

Advise and assist business units in optimizing SAP-based processes

Lead or contribute to SAP projects, particularly within the FIT S/4 HANA framework, including the coordination of external service providers

Design, test, and implement SAP enhancements and integrations through configuration

Evaluate and prioritize technical solutions, preparing well-structured decision-making documents

Independently manage support tickets, change requests, and user inquiries, delivering effective and professional solutions
Your Profile – Bringing Both Expertise and Energy

Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Alternatively, completed training in IT application development with significant professional experience

Proven track record in SAP process consulting and customizing

Deep understanding of the SAP HCM module; familiarity with related modules is a plus

Strong analytical thinking and project management skills
