Energize SAP is seeking a skilled and experienced SAP CX (Customer Experience) Senior Berater to join a market-leading manufacturer in Oelde. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP CX solutions and a proven track record of successful implementation and customization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of SAP CX solutions to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize customer engagement and satisfaction
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for SAP CX solution implementation
- Analyze and understand customer needs to provide tailored recommendations and solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven experience working with SAP CX solutions in a consulting or implementation role
- Strong knowledge of SAP C/4HANA, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and SAP Commerce Cloud
- Ability to lead and manage complex projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- SAP CX certification is a plus

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope and requirements
- Configure and customize SAP CX solutions to meet specific business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CX implementation
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CX trends and developments
