Tasks

Plan and maintain systems, support releases, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide consulting services

Streamline and automate SAP operations in both cloud and on-premise environments

Conduct performance analyses and implement optimization strategies

Oversee services and ensure their continuous improvement

Develop comprehensive, decision-ready solution concepts independently

Profile

Degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field

Familiarity with ITIL v3 – Service Operation processes and their application
