Service Owner – Microsoft Teams & Telephony
Remote | Travel: ~20% | ~100,000 €
The Role
You own and develop modern UC & Voice services, drive the shift from on?prem telephony to cloud?based communication, and ensure stable operations throughout the transition.
Key Responsibilities
- End?to?end ownership of communication & UC services.
- Lead the move to a modern cloud UC/Voice architecture.
- Build a scalable service portfolio (meeting rooms, voice, numbering, contact center).
- Use KPIs and monitoring to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
- Manage carriers, providers, and managed services.
- Keep the current telephony landscape stable during the migration (incl. on?call).
Your Profile
- Experience in IT service ownership, ideally in UC/Voice/Collaboration.
- Strong understanding of cloud/hybrid UC architectures.
- Knowledge of Teams Phone, routing, call flows, and carrier integration.
- Clear communicator with a structured, pragmatic approach.
- Provider management and compliance knowledge is a plus.
- Ideally certified in Microsoft/M365/Teams.
