SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About us

We are supporting an internationally operating industrial company in its search for an SAP SuccessFactors & HR Applications Specialist.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing, optimizing, and further developing the company\'s global HR application landscape. Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners, you will ensure stable system operations while driving improvements and supporting digital HR transformation initiatives.

Tasks

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with strong expertise in Employee Central.
• Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning is an advantage.
• Background in application management, HRIS, enterprise application support, or HR technology environments.
• Good understanding of HR processes and integrated system landscapes.
• Experience with SAP cloud solutions, interfaces, APIs, middleware, or integration monitoring.
• Familiarity with ticket management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively with HR stakeholders, business users, and external partners.
• Structured, proactive, and responsible working style with a strong sense of ownership.
• Interest in cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and digital transformation.
• Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
