Are you an HR professional or SAP HCM Key User looking to take the next step in your career? Or are you a junior SAP HCM Consultant keen to develop your technical expertise within an established team?

We are working with a leading international healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution business looking to strengthen its internal SAP HCM team in Frankfurt.

You will join a team of two highly experienced SAP HCM specialists, gaining hands-on experience across the SAP HR landscape while supporting ongoing business operations and future transformation projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and development of the company\'s SAP HCM landscape.

• Assist with SAP HCM customising, configuration and system support.

• Work across key SAP HCM modules, including Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).

• Support HR business processes and help resolve SAP-related issues.

• Contribute to system documentation and continuous improvements.

• Support HR document management processes using ESCRIBA.

• Gain exposure to future SAP transformation initiatives, including the planned move towards S/4HANA.

Your Profile

• Initial experience with SAP HCM, ideally through a Key User or junior consultant role.

• Alternatively, a background in HR, payroll or personnel administration with an interest in developing SAP expertise.

• Basic understanding of HR processes, particularly payroll or time management.

• An interest in SAP customising, configuration and technical development.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.

• Fluent German (C1 level) and good English skills.

• Willingness to work in the Frankfurt office approximately 3–4 days per week.
