SAP SD/EDI Consultant – 100% Remote

Location: Germany (ideally within reach of Dortmund)

The Role

EnergizeSAP is looking for an experienced SAP SD/EDI Consultant to support and further develop the integration between SAP Sales and Distribution and electronic data interchange (EDI) processes.

In this role, you will act as the link between Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes and EDI integration, ensuring reliable data exchange between SAP and external systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and optimize SAP SD processes, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC).

• Analyze, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI interfaces between SAP and external systems.

• Handle and troubleshoot IDocs, including error analysis and reprocessing.

• Bridge functional OTC requirements and the technical EDI environment.

• Analyze integration issues and coordinate solutions with relevant technical and business stakeholders.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP processes and interface stability.

• Support the ongoing development of the SAP integration landscape.

Your Profile

• Strong experience with SAP SD and a solid understanding of end-to-end OTC processes.

• Hands-on experience with EDI integrations in an SAP environment.

• Good knowledge of IDocs, including monitoring, error analysis, and processing.

• Ability to understand both functional business requirements and technical integration topics.

• Experience with EDI middleware or integration platforms is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English is required; German is not necessary.
