Energize are looking for an experienced Senior SAP OTC / Pricing Functional Consultant to support a large international S/4HANA transformation programme for a leading manufacturing customer.
The customer is rolling out its global SAP S/4HANA pricing template across several European countries, including the UK, Ireland, Italy and Spain.
The consultant will be responsible for assessing the existing pricing processes in each country against the global template, leading fit-gap workshops, identifying local requirements and working closely with senior business stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption of the new solution.

The consultant will be responsible for assessing the existing pricing processes in each country against the global template, leading fit-gap workshops, identifying local requirements and working closely with senior business stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption of the new solution.
Key Requirements:
- 12–15+ years\' SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Pricing experience, with expert-level end-to-end pricing knowledge
- Extensive SAP S/4HANA implementation and template rollout experience, including hands-on configuration of pricing procedures
- Strong experience conducting fit-gap analysis, assessing local pricing processes against global templates and identifying required changes
- Experienced functional consultant capable of independently leading pricing workshops, gathering business requirements and producing functional design documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders, challenge existing processes and drive alignment on new ways of working
- Strong understanding of pricing conditions, pricing determination, pricing procedures and integration with wider OTC processes
- Experience with SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM) would be advantageous
- Fluent English required; Italian and/or Spanish would be a strong advantage
Details:
- Start Date: Early to mid-November 2026
- Duration: Initial 6-month contract, with extensions expected throughout 2027
- Location: Paris / Dusseldorf, 3 days onsite every 2 weeks/biweekly (70% remote)
