- Visible business impact: Shape how AI is adopted across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and other business functions.
- Greenfield transformation: Help establish AI demand management processes, use-case evaluation frameworks and implementation priorities.
- Strategic influence: Work directly with department heads and IT leadership to turn AI opportunities into business cases.
- Long-term ownership: Become a trusted in-house advisor rather than moving between short-term consulting assignments.
- Identify, analyse and prioritise AI opportunities, considering business value, technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, gather requirements and translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases.
- Collaborate with AI Architects, Engineers and IT teams to develop solution concepts and implementation roadmaps.
- Prepare decision papers for management and maintain a structured AI backlog, documentation and demand management framework.
- Essential: Several years\' experience in AI consulting, requirements engineering, business analysis, demand management or related digital transformation disciplines.
- Essential: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning and intelligent automation, alongside their practical business applications.
- Essential: Proven ability to assess business requirements, define use cases, develop business cases and communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Essential: Excellent German and English communication skills; experience in manufacturing, SAP environments or enterprise transformation is advantageous.
- Salary up to €100,000.
- Remote-first working throughout Germany, with typically two NRW office days per month after onboarding.
