The Opportunity
This is not your typical account management role.
You’ll operate as a strategic sales professional with full ownership of the customer lifecycle — blending new business with account development while selling solutions that deliver real business impact.
If you enjoy consultative selling, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving meaningful digital change, this role will give you both the platform and the autonomy to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts
- Owning the full sales cycle – from first contact to closing and beyond
- Leading value-based sales conversations around ROI, efficiency, and transformation
- Collaborating cross-functionally with presales, solution architects, and delivery teams
- Acting as a trusted advisor to decision-makers
- Contributing to go-to-market strategies and market positioning
What They’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales of software, digital solutions, or business applications
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open new doors
- Experience in complex, consultative sales cycles
- Ability to sell on value (ROI, business case, executive level)
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Dynamics or similar)
- Fluent German + solid English
