Energize Cloud is searching for a Head of Microsoft 365 at a leading energy company.

The Role
As Head of M365, you own the full Microsoft 365 platform and set the direction for Modern Work across the organization. You ensure secure, compliant, and user?friendly services while leading a skilled team and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- End?to?end ownership of the M365 platform and Modern Work strategy.
- Ensure secure, stable, and cost?efficient M365 operations.
- Oversee Intune endpoint management, Purview, collaboration tools, and applications.
- Manage SLAs and external providers; optimize hybrid operating models.
- Define KPIs and monitor performance, compliance, and user satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional Modern Work team.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in IT or related field.
- Strong experience in M365, Digital Workplace, or Modern Work leadership.
- Deep knowledge of M365 governance, security, and compliance.
- Proven provider management and SLA experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
