To strengthen our central IT & Business Applications team, we are seeking an experienced Inhouse SAP BP Consultant to shape and optimize our Business Partner data and processes across the enterprise.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal expert for SAP Business Partner (BP) in our S/4HANA environment.

• Design, implement, and optimize BP master data models, including customers, vendors, and employees.

• Harmonize and standardize BP processes across global sites, ensuring consistent data governance and compliance.

• Manage integrations between BP and related SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, HR) as well as external systems.

• Lead functional configuration, testing, validation, and documentation activities.

• Support global rollout and migration projects, including data cleansing, data migration, and conversion processes.

• Provide 2nd/3rd-level support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, logistics, procurement, finance, and HR.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP BP in S/4HANA and deep knowledge of BP roles, relationships, and integration points.

• Strong understanding of master data governance, data quality principles, and enterprise data models.

• Experience in global SAP projects (migration, rollout, template design) is highly beneficial.

• Analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented working style.

• Comfortable collaborating in a multicultural, international environment.

• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
