Energize SAP is partnered with a leading automotive supplier based in Stuttgart, delivering innovative components and solutions to global automotive manufacturers. As part of their ongoing digital transformation and SAP landscape optimization, they are looking to hire an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to strengthen their finance systems team.
Role Overview
The SAP FI/CO Consultant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the company’s SAP Finance and Controlling landscape. This role will work closely with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to optimize financial processes, support SAP implementations, and ensure system stability within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Your Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support SAP FI/CO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Controlling

Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications

Collaborate with finance teams to improve and standardize financial processes

Support SAP enhancements, system upgrades, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)

Participate in SAP S/4HANA projects, migrations, or rollouts where required

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing user support

Coordinate with technical teams for developments, testing, and deployment

Prepare documentation, training materials, and deliver user training sessions
Your Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

4+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO consulting experience

Strong configuration experience in SAP FI and CO modules

Solid understanding of financial processes within manufacturing or automotive environments

Experience working on SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformation projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with both technical teams and finance stakeholders
Preferred Skills

Experience in the automotive supplier industry

Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance

Understanding of European financial and tax regulations

German language skills are advantageous
