Energize SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support our German client as they transition from their existing SAP HCM and Payroll environment to the cloud.
This role requires a senior consultant who can guide the implementation and provide expertise in Employee Central as part of the organisation’s HR transformation journey.
The position is fully remote and requires fluent German language skills, as the consultant will work closely with German-speaking stakeholders. While the primary project runs until the end of the year, there is potential for full-time workload through additional assignments and related tasks within the programme.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as part of the client’s migration from on-premise SAP HCM to cloud solutions.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into SuccessFactors EC configurations and solutions.

Provide functional expertise and guidance during design, configuration, and deployment phases.

Collaborate with technical teams supporting SAP HCM and Payroll integrations.

Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure best practices are applied throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as a senior advisor to the client on HR cloud transformation and SuccessFactors capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation and configuration.

Proven background as a Senior or Lead SuccessFactors Consultant.

Experience working with SAP HCM and/or Payroll environments, particularly during cloud transformation projects.

Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting role.

Fluent German (mandatory) and strong communication skills.
