The company’s IT & SAP division is currently undergoing a major modernization program, driving digital transformation across HR and business processes. As part of this growth journey, they are now searching for an Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to strengthen their HR technology team and support the next phase of transformation.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the new IT-HR transformation project in the area of SAP SuccessFactors (using both classic and agile methodologies).
• Responsibility for end-to-end process management, configuration and implementation of the Employee Central module.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders.
• Define project goals, manage project scope and budgets to ensure successful roll-outs
• Ensure smooth integration between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow
• Support the upcoming global SAP HR rollouts
• Conduct international workshops and collaborate with key stakeholders
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Your Experience

• 4+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong experience with the Employee Central module
• Strong understanding of HR processes
• "Hands-on" mentality
• Languages - fluent German
