Energize Cloud is supporting an international organisation in Bremen in hiring an IT Business Application Manager to take ownership of their Salesforce CRM and cloud application landscape.
This is a business-facing role, focused on communication, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into effective system solutions rather than deep technical development. You will act as the interface between business teams and IT/service providers, ensuring applications support key functions such as sales and sustainability.
Your Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the Salesforce CRM system and related cloud applications

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for business-critical systems

Translate business requirements into clear IT specifications

Work closely with internal departments (e.g. sales, sustainability, business teams)

Coordinate with external service providers for technical topics

Support the evaluation and implementation of new software solutions

Continuously improve the application landscape
Your Profile
-
~3+ years’ experience in application management or similar roles
-
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in project work (software evaluation, rollout, or implementation)

Comfortable working between business and IT
Languages

English: C-level (essential)

German: B2+ (internal communication)

Small, collaborative team (~4 people)

Each team member owns specific applications

Reporting into team lead (currently on leave)
