Your Mission
As a Business Development Executive, o spearhead growth in the enterprise segment. In this role, you’ll lead strategic sales initiatives—either directly or through co-selling with trusted partners—to deliver impactful solutions to large organizations. You’ll uncover business challenges, align them with our offerings, and build strong relationships across complex organizational structures. From initial engagement to contract signature, you’ll orchestrate the entire sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of our governance solution and articulate its value to address customer pain points.
- Build networks within enterprise organizations to identify decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with a Microsoft Partner network to maximize joint opportunities and leverage shared expertise.
- Manage your pipeline and forecasts using HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and predictability.
- Share best practices with peers and contribute to improving team KPIs such as conversion rates, deal size, and win/loss ratios.
Preferred Experience
- Proven success in Enterprise SaaS sales across diverse industries.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Skilled at presenting and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Track record of exceeding quotas and building scalable sales processes.
