SAP HCM Developer

You’ll become part of a collaborative, international SAP team driving digitalisation across HR processes, with a clear roadmap towards S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions.

???? Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the SAP HCM landscape (PY, PT, PA, OM)
• Deliver custom developments using ABAP / ABAP OO, including enhancements, reports, and interfaces
• Support and optimise HR processes, including payroll and time management
• Work on integrations between SAP HCM and other systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, third-party tools)
• Contribute to international projects, including S/4HANA transformation and HR system modernisation
• Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and external service providers

???? Your Profile

• Strong experience in SAP HCM Development (focus on ABAP)
• Solid understanding of key HCM modules (PY/PT/PA/OM)
• Experience with HR forms, schemas, and user exits/enhancements
• Exposure to SuccessFactors or hybrid HR landscapes is a plus
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
