Tasks
- Participate in an international project team focused on the implementation of an enterprise ERP system.
- Support and further develop business analytics applications, particularly within finance and controlling domains.
- Gather, assess, and manage requirements (including changes and new developments), ensuring delivery through to go-live.
- Contribute to stable system operations by providing technical support and guidance to global stakeholders.
- Maintain quality standards by creating and reviewing technical specifications, producing structured documentation, and supporting process design initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, information systems, or a comparable field.
- Practical experience in requirements analysis, as well as designing and implementing data models and queries within modern data warehousing environments.
- Several years of experience with relevant analytics and data platforms, with exposure to cloud-based solutions considered advantageous.
- Experience working on large-scale system transformation projects.
- Familiarity with leading projects or sub-projects and knowledge of standard project management methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- High level of self-motivation and structured working style.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and subject areas.
- Proficiency in English and good working knowledge of an additional European language, both written and spoken.
