Your tasks

• After successful requirements management, you will develop innovative solutions and implement them independently from a technical perspective
• You analyze and optimize existing and future SAP HCM processes, always with the goal of increasing quality and efficiency
• You are responsible for customizing the system and ensuring the operational capability of the connected HR applications
• You ensure SAP Governance compliance and independently implement SAP Notes
• You manage and coordinate service providers and other resources with a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom
• You are the contact person at all support levels (First, Second and Third Level)
• You actively participate in the further development and support of SAP SuccessFactors and shape the HR processes of tomorrow

Your qualifications

• You bring extensive expertise in customizing SAP H4S4, especially in payroll accounting (ideally in the construction industry)
• You have experience with schemes and rules (PY)
• Ideally, you have some experience with SAP tools for data migration and authorizations
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, is desirable
• You have good HR process and specialist knowledge, especially in the area of payroll
• You are customer-oriented and possess strong problem-solving and methodological skills. Open communication and mutual respect are important to you
