Inhouse M365 Endpoint Consultant

 Remote |  Travel: ~20% | Salary: ~100,000 €

The Role

You take end?to?end ownership of the M365 Endpoint & Virtual Workplace services, ensuring employees work securely, reliably, and with a modern user experience. You define the roadmap, manage providers, and lead improvements across Intune, AVD, and Windows 365.

Key Responsibilities (Shortened)

• Own and develop the full Endpoint & Virtual Workplace service (Intune, AVD, Windows 365).
• Define roadmap and service portfolio; align priorities with IT, Security, and business teams.
• Manage the Managed Service Provider, SLAs, KPIs, and escalation processes.
• Oversee changes and releases for Windows, Intune, AVD, and W365 — including testing and rollouts.
• Ensure compliance, security, transparency on service quality, risks, and costs.
• Drive continuous improvements for platform, operations, and user experience.

Your Profile (Shortened)

• Several years of hands?on experience with Windows 10/11, mobile devices, Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Knowledge of AVD, Windows 365, Defender, BitLocker, patching, and endpoint security.
• Solid background in ITSM/ITIL, SLA/KPI management, and provider steering.
• Strong communication skills, structured working style, and calm under pressure.
• Very good German and good English skills.
