To support continued growth and governance initiatives, they are investing heavily in ServiceNow, IT Asset Management, Vendor Management, and enterprise-wide service ownership capabilities.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Owner to take end-to-end responsibility for IT Asset Management, Contract Management, and Vendor Governance processes within a large enterprise environment.

This role combines strategic ownership, stakeholder management, governance, and platform development responsibilities. You will work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, and leadership teams to create transparency around assets, licences, contracts, costs, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop IT Asset Management and Contract Management services
• Define and execute service roadmaps and improvement initiatives
• Establish governance frameworks, lifecycle processes, and operational standards
• Drive software licence optimisation and compliance initiatives
• Develop reporting and KPI frameworks for business and IT stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality, audit-ready asset and contract data
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
• Drive automation and process improvements through ServiceNow
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organisation

Skills & Experience

• Experience owning enterprise IT services or platforms
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management
• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, or related platforms
• Contract and vendor management experience
• Strong governance and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with reporting, KPIs, and operational performance management
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
