SAP WM Developer

Energize SAP is looking for an experienced SAP Developer with a strong focus on Logistics to design, develop, and support SAP solutions across core logistics modules. You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions that support supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution processes.

This role offers the opportunity to work on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments, contributing to ongoing enhancements, system integrations, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP solutions within Logistics modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM)

• Develop ABAP and ABAP OO solutions including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows

• Implement and support user exits, BAdIs, enhancements, and custom developments

• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs

• Develop and support IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and APIs for system integrations

• Optimize and refactor existing custom code for performance and S/4HANA compatibility

• Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve defects

• Provide production support and root-cause analysis for logistics-related issues

• Document technical designs and development standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP Developer with a focus on Logistics

• Strong hands-on experience with ABAP / ABAP OO

• In-depth knowledge of one or more SAP Logistics modules:

  • MM (Materials Management)

  • SD (Sales & Distribution)

  • PP (Production Planning)

  • WM or EWM (Warehouse Management)

• Experience with SAP enhancements (BAdIs, user exits, enhancements)

• Strong understanding of logistics business processes

• Experience working in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA

• Ability to work collaboratively with functional and business teams

Desirable Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA logistics simplifications

• Knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and Fiori

• Experience with SAP Integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI)

• Exposure to SAP EWM embedded in S/4HANA

• SAP ABAP or S/4HANA certification
