The Role
For an international consulting environment, we are currently supporting the search for an SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant to join a growing HR?IT practice. In this role, you will take responsibility for the delivery of end?to?end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and advise clients on modern HR system landscapes.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts from blueprint through to go?live
- Advise on integration scenarios and system architecture around SAP SuccessFactors, including platform strategy and identity management
- Design and support global template concepts, system architectures, and local requirements within the DACH region
- Plan and moderate client workshops, translate business requirements into functional designs, and implement solutions directly in SAP SuccessFactors
- Work closely with international project teams on HR?IT and digital transformation initiatives
Your Profile
- Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- At least 4 years of project experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central (EC)
- Existing SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
- Strong understanding of EC core functionalities (data model, business rules, workflows, roles and authorisations); experience with additional SF modules is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and internationally
- Very good German and English language skills
