ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in driving the successful implementation of enterprise software solutions for international customers. You will lead customer projects end-to-end, managing implementations with an agile mindset while ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment throughout all project phases.

In this role, you will act as the central interface between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. You will conduct customer workshops and training sessions, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and closely support implementation, testing, and go-live activities. Strong communication and change management skills are essential, as you will collaborate with global stakeholders and guide customers through complex transformation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead global customer implementation and rollout projects
• Manage customer projects using agile methodologies
• Conduct customer requirements workshops and training sessions
• Collaborate closely with customers throughout implementation, testing, and deployment phases
• Drive stakeholder communication, change management, and alignment across international teams
• Act as the interface between business and technical teams
• Create functional specifications and support implementation and testing activities
• Ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimisation of SAP solutions, maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency
• Travel approximately 20% during project phases

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s degree, preferably a Master\'s degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of SAP experience, particularly within Logistics and Sales & Distribution (SD); additional experience in MM and FI/CO is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, and SAP Fiori applications
• Proven project management and team leadership experience
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams
• English language proficiency (B2–C1)
• Experience within highly regulated industries (e.g., medical technology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing) is advantageous
• Experience with Jira and SAP Signavio is a plus
