SAP Project Manager

Energize SAP is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in S/4HANA migration projects to lead and deliver complex SAP transformation initiatives.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA programs across business and IT stakeholders. This is a critical role within our digital transformation journey, offering the opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA migration projects (Brownfield, Greenfield, or Selective Data Transition)

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans

• Manage project governance, RAID logs, and reporting to senior stakeholders

• Coordinate internal teams, SAP partners, and third-party vendors

• Drive project delivery across all phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare

• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and best practices

• Manage change control, risk mitigation, and quality assurance

• Support business readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project governance frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on SAP S/4HANA migration projects

• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion approaches

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or Logistics)

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams

• Experience managing system integrators and offshore teams

• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills

Desirable Qualifications

• SAP Project Management or SAP S/4HANA certification

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management certification

• Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments

• Exposure to SAP tools such as Solution Manager, Signavio, or Cloud ALM
