Energize are looking for a Senior SAP MDG Consultant to lead the MDG scope for a migration from an on-premise SAP environment to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
The role requires someone who can own the MDG roadmap, work closely with senior business stakeholders, and lead an offshore delivery team to ensure the MDG workstream is delivered correctly.

Key Requirements:
- Senior SAP MDG Consultant with strong hands-on and leadership experience
- Experience leading MDG scope within SAP migration or transformation projects
- S/4HANA Public Cloud experience highly beneficial
- Strong MDG experience across Business Partner and Material master data
- Able to lead, guide and support an offshore delivery team
- Strong managerial skills with the ability to ensure the team has the right knowledge and direction
- Experienced working with senior business stakeholders and participating in senior project meetings
- Able to define, manage and follow an MDG roadmap
- Strong communication skills and confident operating in a lead role
- Experience working across onshore/offshore delivery models
- English speaking required
Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Contract length: Until April / May 2027
- Location: Remote / Paris, 3 days per week on a bi-weekly basis (70% remote work)
- Travel costs: Some costs can be covered, including 2nd class train and limited hotel costs
