Your responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key part in translating business requirements into effective SAP-based solutions and supporting the continuous development of financial systems:

• Advise the Finance function on the optimisation and further development of SAP processes

• Support the rollout of new SAP modules and functionalities

• Analyse business requirements, design solution concepts, and implement them in collaboration with IT teams

• Take ownership of first-level support for core SAP ERP systems

• Support authorisation management and assist with error analysis in accounting and billing processes

• Oversee and coordinate SAP ERP interfaces to ensure stable and efficient operations

• Act as an interface between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Actively contribute to digital transformation initiatives and change processes

• Propose and drive innovative improvements within the SAP landscape

Your profile

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI, CO, and Asset Accounting (AA)

• Proven background in SAP implementations and confidence in discussing technical solutions, including source code, with both finance and IT stakeholders

• Solid understanding of accounting and controlling processes and the ability to translate them into system solutions

• Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions

• Very good command of both English and German
