We are seeking a Solution Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor within our client ecosystem. This role blends technical expertise, enablement, and commercial awareness to support the adoption of our cloud-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting and Customer Engagement

Join discovery conversations to understand partner and customer requirements.

Deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on business impact.

Respond to technical inquiries, RFPs/RFIs, and solution-related questions.

Take ownership of proof-of-value and proof-of-concept activities for partners and customers.
Enablement & Training

Contribute to the ongoing development of the partner enablement framework.

Deliver technical onboarding sessions, workshops, and certification-style training for partners.

Produce enablement assets such as demo environments, solution designs, and technical playbooks.

Provide pre-sales and technical support throughout partner-led sales cycles.

Assist partners in designing solution architectures and validating deployment approaches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Partner Management, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment.

Support joint go-to-market activities and partner success initiatives.

Represent the company at virtual and in-person events, webinars, and industry meetups.

Gather partner feedback and relay it internally to help shape product development and enablement priorities.

Stay current with new developments and innovation across the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Solid professional experience with Microsoft 365, ideally within technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution engineering.

Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and cloud platform technologies.

Confident communicator capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.

Ability and willingness to travel within EMEA (up to approx. 50%).

Experience collaborating with or supporting channel/partner organisations is a strong plus.
