SAP HCM Consultant

A leading IT service provider in the DACH region is expanding its SAP HCM consulting team and is looking for an experienced (Senior) Consultant to support SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT) projects.

Role Overview

As part of a dynamic consulting team, you’ll guide clients through the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing support of SAP HCM PY & PT. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading client workshops to analyse payroll and time?management requirements
• Configuring and enhancing SAP HCM PY & PT, including integration with related HCM modules
• Ensuring compliance with German payroll and time?management regulations
• Optimising HR processes to improve accuracy, automation, and system performance
• Documenting system configurations, processes, and operational procedures
• Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle

What You Bring

• A degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualifications
• Hands?on experience in SAP HCM PY and/or PT consulting and configuration
• Strong understanding of German payroll, time evaluation, schemas, and rules
• Enthusiasm for working closely with HR and payroll teams
• Structured, agile working style with strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent German (C1+) and good English skills
