Location: Bielefeld Area
We’re looking for an HR professional with a strong focus on time management processes to take ownership of a critical function within a growing organization.
What you’ll do
- Own and improve time management processes end-to-end
- Act as the bridge between HR, payroll, and IT
- Drive system enhancements, testing, and process optimization
- Ensure smooth integration with related HR systems
- Support projects and bring structure to evolving processes

- Experience in time management / workforce management
- Good understanding of payroll impacts
- Strong analytical and structured mindset
- Affinity for HR systems (SAP or similar is a plus)
