Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of Digital Workplace services, focus on M365 (quality, cost, security)
• Budget control, KPI/SLA management, and efficiency improvements
• Manage external providers internationally and drive optimization
• Build new services, transition to operations, and improve existing ones
• Maintain service catalog and ensure compliance with standards
• Analyze performance, create dashboards, and implement improvements
• Act as key contact for service delivery and quality between business & IT

Must-Haves

• Proven experience in service management, vendor control, and budget planning
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, governance, and optimization
• Excellent German & English skills
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented
• Experience with M365, Intune
• Certifications: ITIL v4, PRINCE2/PMP
• International rollout and change management experience
