Senior Manager, Release and Issue Management

Energize Robotics is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Release and Issue Management to ensuring the reliability, quality, and rapid deployment of a cutting-edge robotic fleet.

In this pivotal role, you\'ll craft and execute strategies to diagnose complex software issues, oversee root cause analyses, and optimize release workflows. Leading a talented team of engineers, you\'ll establish scalable processes, develop advanced diagnostic tools, and collaborate cross-functionally with software development, validation, and field operations to enhance fleet performance. Your technical expertise in debugging, diagnostics, and fleet analytics will drive systemic improvements and deliver innovative solutions.

Required skills include 10+ years in software or systems engineering, 5+ years leading high-performing teams, deep knowledge of software development lifecycle, diagnostics, telemetry, and release management. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities are essential.

Nice-to-have skills encompass experience with autonomous systems, AI integration, and advanced tooling development. A Bachelor\'s degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in a related field and familiarity with robotics or automation environments are highly desired.
