Senior Staff Systems Integration Engineer (Tech Lead)

 As a Senior Staff Systems Integration Engineer (Tech Lead), you will spearhead the strategy and execution of complex system bring-up, integration, and troubleshooting for cutting-edge humanoid robots operating in dynamic environments like warehouses and manufacturing sites.

Bring your expertise in hardware and software integration to architect scalable processes, lead cross-disciplinary root cause analysis, and drive technical excellence in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. Your leadership will ensure the seamless deployment of prototypes and the rapid resolution of critical technical challenges.

Your Required Skills:

• 10+ years in Systems Integration, Systems Engineering, or related R&D roles, focusing on complex HW/SW systems
• Deep knowledge of compute, vision, power, and electro-mechanical architectures
• Proven leadership in technical decision-making and guiding teams through architectural shifts
• Strong cross-disciplinary understanding including mechanical, electrical, software, and systems perspectives

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Nvidia Jetson or similar embedded compute platforms
• Background in vision systems, lidar, or autonomous mobile platforms
• Exposure to aerospace, automotive, or safety-critical domains

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or equivalent
• Extensive hands-on experience leading integration in complex robotic systems
