SAP Sales Cloud Consultant (m/f/d) – SAP CX
Location: Germany | Employment: Permanent, In-house | Working Model: Hybrid / Remote
The Opportunity
We are recruiting an experienced SAP Sales Cloud Consultant to join an international organisation in Germany.
You will play a key role in the development, implementation and optimisation of SAP Sales Cloud solutions, supporting the digitalisation of sales and customer relationship management processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within an established SAP team and contribute to exciting SAP CX and S/4HANA transformation projects.
Your Responsibilities

Support, configure and further develop SAP Sales Cloud (SAP C4C) solutions.

Analyse business requirements and implement improvements to sales and CRM processes.

Participate in SAP Sales Cloud implementation, integration and rollout projects.

Optimise sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, customer data and sales activities.

Support the integration of SAP Sales Cloud with SAP S/4HANA and other business applications.

Work closely with business departments, key users and external implementation partners.
Your Profile

Professional experience as an SAP Sales Cloud, SAP CX or SAP C4C Consultant.

Good understanding of CRM systems and end-to-end sales processes.

Experience in SAP Sales Cloud configuration, implementation or application support.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration, ideally including SAP SD.

Experience with SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, SAP BTP or SAP Integration Suite would be advantageous.

Good German and English communication skills.
